- Practice Paper Usage: Refunds are not eligible if the user has attempted or completed more than 2 practice papers on the platform.
- Success Kit Pack: Refund requests for the Success Kit Pack must be initiated within 10 days of purchase.
- Refunds are only issued under specific conditions as stated above.
- Refunds are not issued for cancellations made outside the eligibility criteria.
